I DO still know how to work this thing!

Hello everyone, I'm back!

I can't believe it's been 4 months since I posted anything! All I can say is that I've had the longest case of total crafters block ever! But it's slowly been coming back to me and over the last few weeks I've actually made a few cards! So, I thought I might ease myself back into the blogging world too.

And what better way than with a challenge! My friend Andria is a guest designer for the next couple of weeks on the Alphabet challenge blog, so I thought I'd show my support and enter it this week. The challenge is L for lace.

My cousin is getting married at the end of the month and lace and weddings are meant to be together!

So here's my card

I used the gorgeous stamp from the greeting farm coloured with copics.

Another challenge for me was colouring the darker skin tone, I'm afraid I'm not used to doing that so I'll have to practise a bit more.

I'm afraid I have no idea what brand the papers are - I've had them for ages and there was no name written on them.

This is the inside, complete with a little pocket for the gift (money!)

I have since made a box to go along with it, but haven't taken a picture of it.

I hope you like it, thanks for dropping by!

YEAY Welcome back to blogland. Gorgeous card, and your colouring is really good on the dark skin tone for a first attempt, I love that image and the pearls and lace are perfect touches.
